LipesDancea User Agreement (Terms of Service)

1) Eligibility (17+)

The Services are intended only for individuals aged 17 and older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 17 years old. If you are under 17, you may not use the Services.

2) About the Services

LipesDance is built for anyone who loves to move. It is a place to watch, share, and celebrate dance through short videos—from choreography and practice clips to performances and creative routines.

3) Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

• You agree to provide accurate information (such as your name (if provided), username, and email) and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect the Services or enforce these Terms.

4) Your Content and Permissions

The Services may allow you to upload, post, store, or share content, including videos, photos, text, and other materials ("User Content").

A. Your ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content.

B. License you grant to us

To operate the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (to our service providers), and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and create derivative works of your User Content, solely as necessary to provide, operate, improve, and promote the Services and to comply with legal obligations.

This license ends when your User Content is deleted from the Services, except:

• to the extent your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it, or
• where we must retain copies for legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution for a limited period.

C. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have all rights necessary to upload and share it.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe or violate others' rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights).
• Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers minors.
• Attempt to access or disrupt the Services, accounts, or systems (including by hacking, scraping, or introducing malware).
• Use the Services to send spam, scams, or fraudulent content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, except where prohibited by law.

6) Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, designs, and trademarks (excluding User Content), are owned by LipesDancea Team or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services except as allowed by these Terms.

7) Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation, and without any obligation to you.

8) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, pose risk to other users, or for legal or security reasons. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal by contacting support.

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LipesDancea Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. (The Privacy Policy may be provided separately within the App or on a website.)

12) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)

This section affects your legal rights. Please read carefully.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of LipesDancea Team's principal place of business, excluding conflict of laws rules.

Binding arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action, except where prohibited by law.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above when changes become effective. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you agree to the updated Terms.
